   Horizontal location of all permanent physical features on the property 
      with its relationship to the property's boundary lines.
   Number of hard copies to be provided .
Obtain current owner deed.
Prepare description of property.
Provide digital copy of mapping.
Provide corner markers.

Major Subdivision

   Horizontal location of all permanent physical features on the property 
      with its relationship to the property's boundary lines.
   Some or all parts of a topographic survey (see below).
   200' radius map
   Before and after descriptions.
   Provide outbound corner markers with iron rods.
   Prepare before subdivision map.
   Prepare after subdivision map.
   Provide two mylar sheets for filing.
